The end of November brings with it our penultimate international event of the year, which takes place in the winter wonderland that is Berchtesgaden.

However, this year was unfortunately a much different scene as we were forecast rain for the whole time that we were there. But we didn’t let that dampen our spirits!
We had plenty going on to keep delegates busy, especially our lively conference session from Christo Foerster. His expertise is in the areas of motivation, lifestyle and development and change processes. He had everyone up on their feet on Friday morning!
We also had 10 fund group workshops from 14 different sponsors that delegates could attend throughout the event. Sponsors presented on topics from sustainability to infrastructure. We make sure that there is plenty of opportunity for delegates and our sponsors to meet and network during their time with us.
We held our table planned Thursday dinner in the hotel lobby. From here we could fully enjoy all of the magical Christmas decorations that the hotel had put out.
